The NetAdvizor Wealth Process

4. Implementation & Coaching

We help you put the plan into action—setting up accounts, adjusting portfolios, coordinating with your other advisors, and beginning ongoing behavioral and financial coaching.

3. Plan Design & Recommendation

We build and present a holistic plan, including investment strategy and behavioral insights, along with clear recommendations and an implementation roadmap.

2. Deep Dive & Data Gathering

Next, we collect key information on your finances, family, entities, and existing strategies, and we have deeper conversations about values, priorities, and behavior.

1. Discovery & Fit Call

We start with a conversation about your goals, current situation, and what you’re looking for in an advisory relationship—making sure we’re a good fit for each other.

5. Ongoing Review & Adjustments

We meet regularly to review progress, update the plan as life changes, and support your decisions through different market and life cycles.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We work with a wide range of clients—from everyday individuals and growing families to high-net-worth households, business owners, professional athletes, and entertainers. If you’re looking for holistic planning, thoughtful investment management, and support around behavior, there’s a good chance we can help.

  • We serve clients at different stages of wealth, and our minimums can vary depending on the services you need. If you’re not sure whether you’re a fit, the best next step is to schedule a wealth strategy call—we’ll talk through your situation and be transparent about whether we’re the right firm for you.

  • For ongoing wealth management, we typically charge an assets under management (AUM) fee for investment management and, where appropriate, separate planning or family office fees for more complex work. Fees are clearly disclosed and aligned with the scope of services we provide. We don’t earn commissions on investment products.

  • We bring strong tax-aware and estate-aware perspectives and often help identify planning opportunities, but we do not replace your CPA or attorney. Instead, we coordinate closely with them to ensure your overall strategy is aligned. When needed, we can also help you build out a team of professional advisors.

  • The MPT is a free tool we’ve created to help you understand your natural tendencies and blind spots around money. Many clients take it at the beginning of our work together, and we use the results in behavioral coaching and financial wellness conversations. It doesn’t replace planning—it enhances it by addressing the human side of your decisions.

  • Both. We serve clients across the country using secure, virtual meetings and online tools, and we can also meet in person where it’s practical. Many clients prefer a blend of the two over time.

  • For business owners, we often integrate NetAdvizor (CFO services) on the business side with NetAdvizor Wealth on the personal side. That means we can help you think strategically about your company, your personal wealth, and your family—without treating them as separate worlds.

  • We start with a discovery and fit call. If we decide to move forward, we gather key data, review your existing accounts and strategies, and begin building your plan. We then present recommendations, implement changes (accounts, portfolios, structures, etc.), and establish a regular meeting and review rhythm.

  • We offer a combination of comprehensive planning, disciplined investment management, family office–style capabilities, and a deep behavioral focus. Tools like the Money Personality Test, along with our financial wellness coaching, help ensure you don’t just know what to do—you’re supported in actually doing it.
